    Open Call: Prosperous Future Grant Programme

    The Nordic Council of Ministers has launched the fourth round of the Prosperous Future Grant Programme for Civil Society Cooperation in the Nordic-Baltic Region. Civil society organisations and NGOs are invited to apply for funding to strengthen democracy, sustainability and resilience across the Nordic–Baltic region.

    Applications accepted between 28 November 2025 and 30 January 2026.
    Project allocations: between EUR 45,000 and EUR 65,000.
    Total programme budget: approximately: EUR 990,000.

    The programme supports collaborative projects that contribute to a green, competitive and socially sustainable Nordic–Baltic region. Applicants must align their initiatives with at least one of these priorities and mainstream cross-cutting perspectives such as environmental and climate, gender equality and child rights and youth perspective.

    Eligible organisations include civil society organisations from Denmark, the Faroe Islands, Finland, Greenland, Iceland, Norway, Sweden, Åland Islands, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Poland, as well as civil society actors with relation to Ukraine, as well as democratic and independent partners from civil society with relation to Belarus and Russia.

    Projects may run from 1st June 2026 until 30 September 2027 and should demonstrate strong cooperation between at least three eligible countries.
